US MAIL SHIPPING POLICY
We will only ship USPS to US Lower 48 states for the price shown (per item cost). All other locations will be US Mail at prevailing rate, (Insured if paid by buyer). Out of country buyers are responsible for all shipping costs (to be determined), insurance and customs duties. If shipping overseas we consider the item delivered when it reaches customs. Once it's out of the US mail system it's delivered period. We will also ship via DHL or UPS Overseas if requested. Customer pays all shipping costs and fees as above plus a reasonable S & H fee. We will combine multiple orders to a single location for shipping savings. You will be contacted with the total for payment at time of shipping on combined item orders.


UPS SHIPPING POLICY
We will only ship UPS ground to US Lower 48 states for the price shown (per item cost). Shipping to all other US locations are by US mail and prevailing rate + $5 S&H charge will apply. All other worldwide locations will be US Mail. Out of country buyers are responsible for all shipping costs (to be determined), insurance if selected and customs duties. For anything shipped by US mail the item is considered delivered when it reaches customs. We will also ship via DHL or UPS Overseas if requested. Customer pays all expenses. We will combine multiple orders to a single location for shipping savings. You will be contacted with the total for payment at time of shipping on combined item orders.

If there is not a shipping price shown the shipper of choice is UPS to the lower US 48 states and shipping cost will be based on dimensional weight + a reasonable packing and handling cost. RETURN POLICY
Item may be returned for re-lettering, if lettering is spelled differently than what was on your approved proof. Be sure to check the proof carefully. We must be notified within two days of receipt. We will mail or fax a pre-paid label for return shipping. Item must be packed the same as when received. If damaged due to improper packing when you return the item replacement will not be covered. Please email or call us before returning any item. Our goal is to fill your needs and we will do whatever it takes to make that happen.
